Supergroup Blind Faith was formed from the ashes of Britain’sfirst supergroup Cream. Eric Clapton and Ginger Baker combing forces withTraffic’s multi-instrumentalist Steve Winwood and Family’s Ric Grech ensured BlindFaith was the most eagerly anticipated band in 1969.  A debut gig at London’s Hyde Park to 100,000 people wasindicative of the expectations. Their self-titled album reached number one inboth the UK and US and was backed up with a tour of the States. But before fanscould blink, that was it! It was all over for Blind Faith.
