Do I have to be logged in to buy from the e-shop? You do not have to be logged in to buy from the e-shop, but only logged-in customers can receive a loyalty discount. Add your desired products to the shopping cart, select the delivery method, fill in the required information and pay for your purchase. I forgot my username and password If you have forgotten your password, select "Login" in the header of the page and click on the "Forgot your password?" link. Which banks' customers can buy from the e-shop? Customers of the following banks can pay for purchases in the e-shop: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop and LHV. It is also possible to pay with a credit card. We use the Swedbank Open Banking Solution payment initiation service. This is a new solution that manages the payment links of SEB and LHV Bank's customers in addition to Swedbank's users. In other words, SEB and LHV Bank's customers will initially be redirected to Swedbank's page, but from there the transaction will be done in the customer's home bank. Once you have given your consent, it is valid for 90 days. Why this change? Banks have tightened their privacy policies and are forced to display these intermediate windows for transparency. What is an e-book and what is an e-reader? An e-book is a common file that can be used on computers and on tablets, smartphones, and e-readers. While a plain text document can usually be recognised as a .doc or .txt extension, e-book files usually end in .epub or .pdf. An e-reader is a device for reading e-book files that is as comfortable as reading a regular book. To add an e-book to your e-reader, you need to connect it to a computer with a cable and transfer the e-book file from the computer to the e-reader. It is as easy as adding files from your computer to a memory stick. In addition to an e-reader, e-books can also be read from a computer, smartphone or tablet. This requires separate free applications or programs that you can read about above. Why buy e-books? E-books and regular books are not in competition, rather they complement each other. It is worth deciding in favour of the e-book if: <ul><li>you often read books on the go; the average e-reader weighs about 150 grams, fits in your pocket or handbag and can contain over a thousand books.</li><li>you want to save money; e-books are on average 30% cheaper than paper books. How can you use e-books with Adobe DRM (digital rights management)? <ul><li>If the e-book file is in .ascm format, it is an Adobe DRM-protected e-book. First, make sure you have an e-reader that supports it (most e-readers released since 2010 do). Then download <a href="http://www.adobe.com/ee/products/digital-editions/download.html" target="_blank">Adobe Digital Editions</a>. We strongly recommend that you then link Adobe Digital Editions to your authorised Adobe user account, as this will ensure that the e-book is available on other devices (otherwise, e-books purchased will only be readable on the computer they were first activated on). When you open an .ascm file with this program, the purchased e-book will be downloaded to your computer.</li><li>To read Adobe DRM-protected books with the e-reader, the e-reader must be authorised in advance. For this, connect the e-reader to your computer via a cable, open Adobe Digital Editions and select "Authorize Device" in the window that opens. To do this, select "Gift" on the transport and delivery information page in the shopping cart. Then fill in your and the recipient's details. If the payment is successful, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail and a link will be sent to your friend's e-mail to download the purchased e-book. Can e-books be returned? E-books cannot be returned. It is governed by the Law of Obligations Act. Rahva Raamat is not responsible for the loss of the product due to malfunctions of personal equipment.

How can you use discount codes? Discount codes give a certain percentage discount under certain conditions (for example, for a certain group of products, for a certain period of time or for a certain quantity). The discount given with the discount codes does not apply to products that do not meet the conditions of the discount code. For example, if the discount code gives a 10% discount for vinyl records, this does not apply to books within the same order or to Omniva's courier fee. Only one discount code can be used for each order. You can enter the discount code in the "Apply discount or gift card code" section on the shopping cart page. After entering the code, press the "Apply" button. After that, a confirmation message will appear.
