And for the first time it means that even the most inexperienced cooks will be able to enjoy easy-to-create restaurant standard food in their own kitchens.

Many of the chefs included have worked across the world before returning to their home country, working their way up through the ranks or training in Michelin star establishments. Others share inspirational stories about their journey in hospitality, becoming chefs because they weren’t academic and it was the only career choice open to them.
