Olimar Kallas (1929–2006) was an Estonian comic artist, caricaturist, and book illustrator. He was best known for his Kiviküla comics and satirical caricatures, which were published in magazines and collections. His work combined humor, philosophy, and sharp social critique. Kallas worked primarily as a freelancer and also illustrated books and textbooks. During the last decades of his life, he lived and worked in the village of Riguldi in Lääne County.
