Jesper Parve (born February 3, 1980) is an Estonian writer, former professional basketball player, and television host. After retiring from professional sports, he dedicated himself to writing, focusing on themes of masculinity, self-development, and freedom.
His literary debut, "Minu Bali: Oma väe otsingul" ("My Bali: In Search of My Power") (2016), reflects the author's personal experiences and self-discovery on the island of Bali. This was followed by the popular "Mees. Otse ja ausalt" ("Man. Straight and Honest") (2017), where Parve openly discusses the challenges of being a man. Subsequent books, "Mees². Minu kari" ("Man². My Tribe") (2018) and "Mees³. Elu kutse" ("Man³. The Calling of Life") (2019), explore masculinity in society and personal growth. In 2024, he published "Vaba" ("Free"), which reflects on his life on Hiiumaa island and his thoughts on freedom and living in nature.
