Reason, Virtue and Psychotherapy

The book is loosely organised around the structure of Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics and draws on Aristotle's ideas about virtue as well as contemporary virtue ethics to create a framework that can be used by psychotherapists in helping their clients to live flourishing lives.
