Law and Practice of Peacekeeping

A detailed study of three key aspects that have come to define the UN's presence in Haiti - the use of force, sexual exploitation and abuse, and an epidemic inadvertently introduced by UN peacekeepers - combining international relations with international law and suggesting a new model of accountability which foregrounds human rights.
