EU Anti-Discrimination Law

Provides a critical examination of the EU law forbidding discrimination, and the theoretical and philosophical underpinnings of the law are explored. The scope and enforcement of the Race Directive and the Framework Directive, and the contribution of the European Convention on Human Rights to the law forbidding discrimination are also examined.
