Daily baby exercises help shape your child's proper movement patterns and encourages his or her physical development.

Maarja Sade studied physiotherapy at the University of Tartu’s Department of Physical Education and holds a Master’s degree in Health Sciences. The desire to work with babies arose during the final stage of her Bachelor’s degree under the direction of a physiotherapist at the Tartu University Children’s Hospital.

Today, Maarja Sade is a well-known and highly respected children’s physiotherapist, who gives classes for mothers. She not only actively popularizes the harmonious development of babies by creating special exercises for them but also provides comprehensive information for parents about the nuances of childcare.
