My Worry Book

In this heartfelt, full-colour picture book, children can go on a gentle journey with cuddly Kitten as she experiences feelings of worry and learns to navigate these difficult feelings.

Many young children feel nervous or anxious when faced with unusual surroundings or stressful situations. My Worry Book guides children through these difficult feelings, helping them to make sense of and deal with worry. Alongside Kitten, children can learn to recognise their feelings and discover ways to make themselves feel better.

Developed in consultation with a mental health professional Clare Arnold, CAMHS, My Worry Book equips young children with the insight and vocabulary they need to express, anticipate, and navigate their feelings. Perfect for children aged 3+.
