E-raamat: My Love For Sweet – plant-based and gluten-free

The best recipe book for anyone with a sweet tooth looking for indulgent desserts which at the same time are health-friendly. No gluten, no animal products, no white sugar, many sugar-free recipes and no regrets! From the Author: “I want to have a good body, but not as much as I want dessert”. I’m sure we’re all familiar with the quote. At least I am – as a huge dessert lover! Nonetheless, in my opinion, you can have both at the same time! As a healthy plant-based chef, I believe it is my duty to prove to you that desserts can be very nutritious, easy to make, tasty and satisfying. Plus, I am pretty sure that my recipes will make you ditch sugar altogether and say goodbye to those nasty sugar cravings! My mission is to make your life more beautiful without giving up the little joys this world has to offer, including desserts. Yes, one could argue that no dessert, candy, cake or ice cream is truly healthy, but that’s exactly why I’m here and you are reading this book! Cause I believe otherwise. Sure, it does not replace any wholefood meal, but it does not damage your health either. So get yourself ready to find out how gluten free, largely sugar free and vegan desserts are made! Your food, your health and your welfare are entirely your responsibility. Make your Future Self thank the Present Self!"
