Barbier Fashion

One of the great French fashion illustrators of the early 20th century, George Barbier created these images of haute couture for the fashion magazine Journal des Dames et des Modes. Twelve color postcards of styles from the 1912-14 seasons feature whimsical portraits of ladies in furs, evening clothes, and other finery.
